用途 application

    该产品是优良的表面活性剂，可作润湿剂，发泡剂，铬电镀浴中作为铬雾抑制作用。在电镀槽中，加入很少的量0.1-0.2g/L就能迅速降低镀铬液的表面张力，并迅速形成细小泡沫层，控制了铬雾的逸出和飞溅。可使空气中的铬雾含量降至0.005-0.002mg/m3,低于国家标准允许值0.05 mg/m3.。不仅消除了铬酐对环境的污染，还减少了铬液的损失，铬酐使用量可节约达30%，同时也节省了排风设备的能耗及设备维修费用。由于铬雾抑制剂的加入，还使得铬镀层的结合力更好，大大提高了镀件质量。

    The product is an excellent surfactant, which can be used as a wetting agent, a foaming agent, and as a chromium mist inhibitor in chromium electroplating baths. When a small amount of 0.1-0.2g/L is added to the electroplating bath, the surface tension of the chromium plating solution can be rapidly reduced, and a small foam layer can be rapidly formed, which controls the escape and splash of chromium mist. It can reduce the chromium mist content in the air to 0.005-0.002mg/m3, which is lower than the allowable value of the national standard of 0.05 mg/m3. It not only eliminates the pollution of chromic anhydride to the environment, but also reduces the loss of chromium solution. The usage of chromic anhydride can be saved by up to 30%. At the same time, it also saves energy consumption of exhaust equipment and equipment maintenance costs. Due to the addition of the chromium mist inhibitor, the adhesion of the chromium coating is better, and the quality of the plated parts is greatly improved.

使用方法 method

  用本品时，一般按0.1～0.2g/L槽液量计算出应加入的总量，然后称量置于烧杯中，用70～80C热水溶解，待全溶后倒入槽内搅拌均匀即可开始电镀。 在电解过程中，可将洁白滤纸放置槽边检查，当发现滤纸上有黄色小斑点时，即按0.1g/L补加。

   When using this product, generally calculate the total amount to be added according to 0.1~0.2g/L tank liquid volume, then weigh it and put it into a beaker, dissolve it with 70~80C hot water, pour it into the tank after it is fully dissolved and stir it evenly to start electroplating. During electrolysis, the white filter paper can be placed at the edge of the tank for inspection. When small yellow spots are found on the filter paper, 0.1g/L is added.
